Our team of Occupational Health Professionals (OHPs) offers integrated programs that are proactive and solutions-driven from day one. We believe that focusing on prevention allows our clients to support employees through the spectrum of their working life.

Founded in 2006, Eisan provides comprehensive Occupational Health and Disability Management Services. Our story is simple: we began as a small team of Occupational Health Nurses Consultants dedicated to addressing every aspect of a workers' health - from risks for disease and injury at work to access to timely healthcare and case management.

Since then, our goal has been the same: to support employers and employees in providing safe and healthy workplaces through programs that are customized to each individual.

Juanita House

As the founder of Eisan Consulting, Juanita is also a senior Occupational Health and Disability Consultant and a Legal Nurse Consultant. Juanita is a First Nation Mi'kmaq which allows her to stay grounded in purposeful work.

Our Ancestors believed that all living things – plants, animals and humans – have a spirit and everything was interdependent on each other. At Eisan we believe that wellness, work and productivity are interdependent and it is that balance that makes great companies.
